Nature v Nurture (Feelings and logic)

I've often heard that you shouldn't mix business with pleasure. What is pleasure per say? Is it embarking on journeys that we once dreamed of at some point in our lives? Is it the stimulation that soothes that one itch waiting to be scratched? Is it the refreshing feeling of accomplishing goals that seem unobtainable in the present moment. Whatever it may be, we all want to enjoy the mysterious endeavors that life has to offer.

Nature versus Nurture has been a topic of conversation since many philosophers, like Aristotle or John Locke, have debated. Can it really be considered augmentative if we, as a human race require both to obtain a feeling of oneness with self or feelings of bliss. Should our passion be driven by a dream? I often see people live their day to day lives unhappy because they are not fulfilling the needs of their minds. Does this cause diseases like depression and anxiety and do these illnesses create problems, such as obesity or addictions, which shuts down other systems within our body? These are questions I feel we should ask ourselves for our health's sake.

Nature v nurture seems to be the same topic as "What came first? The chicken or the egg?"

I know that our fleshly vessels are brought into this world by our parents and these parents are here to teach us about the emotions which gives us the idea to seek pleasure. I believe that we need both. What are your thoughts on this topic?
